Direct the end-to-end logistical movement of all the products like Pipe fittings
(BW & Forged), flanges, valves, gaskets, bolts and nuts and various other
related piping materials of Atiq Al Dhaheri & Co. LLC (AADTRA). Collaborate
with the Corporate Office Executive Leadership team to develop expectations
and work directly with suppliers and Supply Chain Operations to execute
business plans. Bridged and improved communication among senior
leadership, buyers and suppliers.
• Successfully operating 3 warehousing / yard facilities of various industrial
products.
• Driven Operational efficiency throughout warehousing, logistics and
transportations.
• Direct contact for all suppliers and respective stakeholders for any supply
chain operational query, supplier setup, EDI, solutions and compliances.
• Strategically manage the facility in coordination within organization and
local authority’s compliance.
• Manage the strict inventory in coordination with detailed data mining
and circulate reporting to respective stakeholders
Responsible for entire Operational warehousing/Transportations and
documentations
• Tariff negotiations with various shipping lines to obtain most
competitive rates
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and
assigning employees, following up on work results.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing desire organizational goals
Responsible for preparing Import and Export documentation as per JAFZA
/ Customs regulations.
• Liaising with Clients, Shipping Agents and make sure documentations to
deliver shipment as per commitment.
• Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation
cycle to make sure established deadlines are met.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly inventory & MIS reports for
management review
