Job Description:
Take orders and assist customers in a courteous manner.
Invite customers for samples and possible sales.
Answer customer's inquiry in a polite way.
Collect money from the customer and proceed for cashiering transactions.
Ensure that expiration date of products is listed and monitored.
Ensure that stocks are being monitored and replenished accordingly.
Checking / monitoring of freezers temperatures, refrigerators.
Update the checklist of the store for turnover.
Adhere with the cash rules and credit card transaction.
Follow the health, safety and hygiene rules as implemented.
Weekly inventory of stocks.
Received stocks/delivery and follow FIFO system.
Achieved daily and monthly target sales.
Supervising staffs for the preparation of varieties of coffee including mocktails, milk shake and teas.
Prepare schedules and updates checklist of the store.
Dealing with suppliers and vendors.
Order product to suppliers & receives delivery.
Prepare reports of sales and orders.
Prepare LPO’s, receive and dispatch orders accordingly.
Collect information from other staff branch for their stocks.
Weekly inventory of stocks and follow FIFO system.
Preparing the closing sales (cash float, credit card sales and total cash sales).

Taking the customer’s order up-sell additional items from the menu and relay the order on the cashier counter.
Prepare/Make a variety of coffee (depending to customer’s order on the store menu) diligently and arrange them on trays with much care and passion.
Serve the ordered food/beverage to the correct customer and ask for any other request.
Attend to any customer complaints/other request to promote customer service satisfaction.
Remove dishes/cups/glasses after the customers had finished and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
Courteously handling the bill to the customers.
Handling cashier and the bar simultaneously. Receive the mode of payment whether in cash or credit card. Bring the correct change and thank everyone, leave a smile and greet positively of visiting again the next time.
Follow the health, safety and hygiene rules of the store for food, utensils and staff.
Ensure availability of the coffee beans, flavored syrups, napkins, sugar, cups, glasses and other cold beverages from the stock room for back-ups.
Before the end of the shift, clean the bar and coffee machine. Sterilize all the equipment used in making coffees and ensure all items are available for the next shift.
Finalize the total sales of the store and manipulate the POS (printing operating system); purchase order to the store supplier for delivery.
Perform/support the Implementation of other related activities such as FIFO System and lead the store inventory.
Oversee the delivery and distribution of stock and deal with suppliers.
Overall in-charge of opening the cafeteria and closing (during the assigned shift) ensures the proper security of the shop (during closing time). Notify next shift if there’s any follow-up.
