Programme Delivery Manager
• Programme Delivery Manager responsible for the delivery and installation of Cash sorter projects across the globe. This involved the simultaneous management of up to 40 unit global project deliveries. Experience has been gained in Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Nigeria, Israel, Vietnam, South Africa, Zambia, Rwanda, France, Holland, Russia, Ukraine, Turkmenistan, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, the USA Caribbean, Europe and the United Kingdom.
• Managed technical, project resources, logistics and third party suppliers on a global basis.
• Recent and extensive experience accrued in mainland China through the delivery of a substantial programme of work to the People Bank of China (PBOC) . Success has been achieved in over 1, 25million US$ of savings on the budget and further have successfully re-negotiated with the Chinese, System, Technical and Commercial changes which have affected substantial savings to the company and have contractually stabilised the project.
• Successfully recovered a difficult programme in Morocco.

• Responsible for delivery of a number of Secure Documentation & Infrastructure Projects to the Government of Rwanda. Initial responsibility to recover this programme of work this was achieved successfully.
