•Section head for all MEP works in 3 main zones (two Jumairah hotels & Grand villas zone).
•Managing site engineers foremen & technicians for the set zone.
•Managing and monitoring daily activities of MEP subcontractors.
•Manage material and daily works progress for all MEP Material Approval Requests and Shop drawings and all documents related to specified zones to seek for supervision engineer approval prior installation.
•Inspect sub-contractor MEP Works and issue WIRs to get approves by SE, and plan weekly activities to meet with project baseline schedule in coordination with planning department
•Review & comment MEP designs & specifications of HVAC, firefighting, irrigation and Domestic systems.
•Review reporting with spread sheets and exchange information with other divisions.
•Review and process method statements and Health & Safety risk assessment reports for MEP works.
•Review and read thoroughly HVAC specifications and design drawings for both the client and the operator to make sure of compliance with all materials requirements.
•Coordinate material on site and ordering process with the cooperation of procurement & logistics department.
•Staffing engineers & technicians- interviewing, selecting, hiring & appraising team in dedicated zone.
•Issue and manage MEP work clearances for all stages of first, second and third MEP fixes and coordinate with other divisions.
