: Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of polyclinics operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.
MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategy:
Liaison with & Reporting to General Manager.
Develop strategic plans for polyclinics operations.
Implement and manage operational plans.
2. Recruitment :
Selection, interview and Recruit Consultants, Specialist and General Practitioners.
Selection, interview and Recruit nurses, laboratory technicians, radiology technicians and physiotherapists
3. Best Practices:
Improve processes and policies in support of organization goals.
Formulate and implement organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
4. Utilization :
Monitor performance and implement improvements.
Ensure quality of services.
Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity.
5. Financial:
Review financial statements and Budget.
Utilize financial data to improve profitability.
Assist in Prepare and control operational budgets.
Plan effective strategies for the financial wellbeing of the company.
6. Sales, Marketing and Customer Service:
Assist in Customer Relationship Management.
Assist in Planning and support Sales and Marketing activities.
7. Communication:
Facilitate coordination and communication between polyclinics and support functions as IT, HR and Finance.
8. Coordination and Supervision:
Coordinate, Manage and Monitor the performance of all polyclinics.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
• Ensure the quality of the pre authorization approvals to be up to the standards and in line with BUPA policy and guidelines
• Reporting, monitoring, analyzing providers’ utilization reports and recommending approaches to manage this utilization
• Reporting market information concerning competitors’ new services as well as providers’ new services on regular basis
• Building strategic relations with key persons in different providers to support the HAD in their daily activities
• Reporting fraud, malpractice and high value claims in alignment with internal policies of the company and the regulator’s guidelines
12 months Internship with rotations in : Internal Medicines, General Surgery, Pediatrics, Gynecology & Obstetric, Anesthesia, Urology, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Vascular Surgery, Ophthalmology, ENT, Emergency Medicine, Chest, Rheumatology, Endocrinology, Neurology & Neurosurgery & Dermatology
Professional Post-Graduate Diploma in Healthcare and Hospital Management (American University in Cairo)
Insurance Foundation Certificate Exam (IFCE - Certificate) Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) & Institute of Banking
