• Proactively worked with the Program Manager and team to successfully satisfy programmatic, financial, operational, planning, management and administrative oversight to the organization and L-3 employees in the assigned area of responsibility (AOR) for the AFCENT Operational Readiness Support (ORS) contract. The AFCENT ORS contract is a $40 million dollar contract with a wide area of responsibility to include Oman, the UAE, Kingdom of Saudia Arabia, Kuwait, Iraq, Jordan, Afghanistan, and program headquarters in the State of Qatar.
• Assisted Program Management in securing an Associated Contractor Agreement (ACA) for the Intrusion Detection System upgrade project at Al Udied Airbase, Qatar.
• Worked directly with the L-3/CACI procurement office in vetting local vendors for lodging, vehicles, and materials for the AFCENT ORS contract, the SOCCENT contract, and the AFAFRICA contract.
• Worked directly with the PM on the financial planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of the contract deliverables (CDRL). Reviewed and approve invoices from the various vendors for submission to L-3 office for payment
