Electrical Maintenance for the entire Sadaf Plant. Conducting and maintaining around the capacity limit of 4160Vac for motor of up to 150Hp. Involve in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on motor and its control, lightings in perimeter, streets, plants, shops, and offices.
Performs duties as ordering, receiving, releasing, and maintaining of stocks and stock buffers. Conducts an up to date daily inventory of incoming and out-going of stocks. Performs other position as reliever to the supervisor.
In-charge in all packing materials for finished batteries. Observe proper system and control of stock materials. Performs an updated report on inventories of the materials.
Conducts testing on raw materials, unfinished and finished products in conformance to the standards. Issues tags for release on approve products and report the need for corrective action. Maintain proper usage of tools and equipments for testing.
Responsible in input and output physical product inspection in conformance to the standard. Conducts a random testing of raw materials prior to production process. Maintains record derived on tests results from pre-production to finished product. Coordinates with production superior and operator assigned in any production run.
In-charge in manpower and production assignment in the area. Assist fellow operators to follow information process and to meet the quality standard. Coordinates with the immediate superior and Quality Control assigned to deal with the irregularities of the product. Submit daily production report of the group.
