Job Duties:

- Provide leadership for budget preparation, formulation, presentation, and execution through examining past performance, future financial needs and requirements from management.

- Conduct statistical studies and analysis of past and current years to prepare budgets and justify requested funds.

- Prepares comparative analyses by analyzing costs in correlations to services performed during previous fiscal years and reports to Top Management with recommendations for budget revisions.

- Perform detailed, regular (monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual) financial statements analysis of sales and marketing, to spot trends and patterns,
and report to the department head alerting of special circumstances or concerns.

- Formulates budget recommendations and proposes modifications and/or reallocation to existing budgets

- Consults with supervisors to ensure that adjustments made are in accordance with program changes in order to facilitate long term planning.

- Monitor budget versus actual figures including tactical campaigns / marketing communication / OPEX spending and works with brand segment heads to develop strategies to maximize budget efficiencies.

- Creating the variance analysis report summary regularly and communicating it to relevant parties.

- Develop dashboard for clear communication of the analysis and findings.

- Monitor department budget expenditure on various areas of Abdul Latif Jameel group activities.

Auto-Lease Financial Institutions Relationship

A model of auto leasing where the lease contract holder leases a car for a specified duration at a fixed monthly cost, covering depreciation and maintenance costs.

Job Duties:

•Negotiate new Auto-Lease Financial Institutions contracts & validate from Business, Sales Channel & Legal Departments.

•Negotiate financing rates (Profit %, Insurance %, IRR % & APR %) and marketing campaigns to Strengthens marketing activity and increase number of Sales through Auto-Lease Financial Institutions Service.

•Update Market Data & Conduct Full Analysis to continuously monitor and evaluate Auto-Lease Financial Institutions sales & Performance.

•Develop and update pricing Based on Market Needs & Auto-Lease Financial Institutions Sales Plan.

•Monitors market trends and Auto-Lease Financial Institutions needs and Develops projections for long term-volume, revenue and contribution to the profit margin.

•Enhance TOYOTA & LEXUS Channels Penetration to Auto-Lease Financial Institutions in Different Regions.

•Ensure smooth communication between Auto-Lease Financial Institutions and Abdul Latif Jameel Co.

•Monitor & Enhance the Process of Auto-Lease Financial Institutions Sales to minimize the Lead Time.

Securitization is a partnership agreement between two parties" bank and Company ", both of whom provide capital towards financing of a portfolio and both of them share Profits on a "Pre-Agreed Ratio", while Losses are share basis of “Equity Participation".

Job Duties:

•Negotiate new securitizations agreements/portfolio (Purchase amount, Reserve %, Agency Fees & Projected Profit (± SIBOR %)).

•Examining and reviewing of contracts could be included on portfolio depending on specific criteria in order to go through signing Agreement.

•Conduct monthly reconciliation activity of the Installment and Leasing portfolios with Banks and confirm it with concerned banks to confirm/validate Amortization, Profit, Reserve bank transfer, over dues, and total Receivables.

•Reviewing Deferred Income, Bad Debt Provision & Discounts for each portfolio.

•Creating the Final Settlement sheet by the end of each portfolio, define the profits or losses and the share of partners depending on the Agreement.

•Calculating the investment of the excess balance based on the agreement return rate.

•Creating the monthly Fund Transfer Schedule showing the expected amount due to be transferred with a specific value date.
