Main duties and responsibilities:
- Manage a team that provides customer support, master data management and training within a given region.
- Carry out the main role of Planning, Designing, Building, Testing and Delivery phases of projects (New ERP Interface - IRIS Project) as Business Analyst
- Provide second-level support to users of JD Edwards and related applications
- Provides data and reports to management
- Contribute to creating a shared knowledge base and Ensure data consistency on supported sites
- Organize and provide training for key users and new Logisticians
- Assists with training and/or post go-live support for newly migrated sites.

People Management Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Performance Management & Development (PMD) activities for employees under my supervision
- Makes sure that deadlines for the PMD cycle are met
- Engage in ongoing and continuous feedback and support, particularly for employees and other staff members
- Organizes regular meetings within my team to ensure optimal coordination of the work and proper flow of information
- Ensures that job descriptions for employees under are up to date
- Plan and coordinate the annual leave of employees under my supervision ensuring continuity of the operations throughout the year and making sure that there are no outstanding holiday balances at the end of the year.
- Coordinate and support the employees in their personal development by coaching and advising them on internal and external training and development possibilities

- General Experience in Logistics operations including Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Inventory management, Forecasting and MRP, Warehouse Operations and Transportation.
- Provide 1st line support for users of Oracle JDE, OSCAR Light, IRIS and interfaces to legacy systems
- Resolve moderately complex cases in ERP functional areas
- Ensure unsolved/complex cases are escalated to 3rd line support in a timely matter
