Managing anf supervising ER section
Managing and supervising Emiratization unit
. Identify roles to be filled within the organization - this will be approved by the HR Manager. Participating in recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position. Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time. Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. Forwards collected CVs to the concerned departmental heads for evaluation and interviews. Schedules interviews and ensure departmental heads give feedback on each candidate. Sends interview feedback to candidates. Generates recruitment related reports. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. Attend key recruitment events including university and careers fairs. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates. Utilize the Internet for recruitment. Supervising and managing sponsorship program. Preparing & updates the organizational structure when required for all departments and section.
Supervise & direct the activities of personal works under Administration & Service (Security & Transport Services), to ensure the smooth day to day operations and reporting to A-VPA.

1. Security Services (round the Clock)
2. Transportation (round the Clock)

Preparing monthly reports about work performance.
Coordinating with Marketing and Sales section to provide buses and drivers they might need.
Weekly Data entries of all activities of all ministries.
