Talent Acquisition
• Partner with territory hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, required skill set, experience and quaification.
• Build and maintain effective sources through internal CV data bank, job portals, headhunting etc for sourcing talented candidates for open positions.
• Ensure diversity in talent pools with a focus on equal employment opportunities.
• Ensure in consultation with hiring managers and functional heads that the finalized candidates meet our selection criterias as per the HR requistion, job profile and role/job competencies alongside core value and cultural elements.
• Spearhead the employment procesing (Offer, employee file documentation and joining) and ensure 100% compliance with TA policy and process
Onboarding and Induction Orientation:
• Lead the new joiners on-boarding and induction orientation process.
• Ensure that the orientation programs are interactive and informative so that all new employees have good understanding of the organization, business, other functions, code of conduct, HR processes, core values and cultural elements.
• Spearhead the employment processing (personal file maintenance, Sap data updation, status change data updation, Time trax Updation and Communication of joining of new employee and Organizational announcements preparation ).
Employer Branding
• Manage the summer internship programs as per the pre-defined and approved policy and process.
• Be the ”Face of Coke” for Employer branding in respective territories..

Talent Management & OD
• Ensure that all PMDP forms for non SF users are timely collected with a keen focus on ensuring compliance to the PMDP policy and procedures in assigned timelines..
