ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assisting the Quality Teams, to achieve departmental requirements
• Lead and assist deployment of Quality Inspectors to meet the requirements of Production outputs
• Create documentation necessary to reflect the work breakdown structures necessary to manufacture products, components, and systems, in a safe and time efficient manner, ensuring production targets and timescales are achieved
• Provide feedback to the Production Engineering and Estimating teams as required, to support future business opportunities / bids
• Promoting awareness and use of the TRANSCAL Engineering Business Management System, identifying opportunities for training / Improvement
• Provide technical support to Production personnel, ensuring all queries are addressed in a timely fashion
• Assisting and managing the transfer of information provided to the Production Engineering Department in relation to Change Control of engineering drawings
• Evaluation of Build documentation, identifying opportunities for improvements and further requirements, creating, and / or updating as required to meet the needs of relevant parties
• Manage non-conformances resulting from systems and manufacturing outputs, updating register(s) - Internal / Customer / Supplier, proactively escalating and progressing as appropriate to resolve issues in a timely manner, meeting expectations
• Responsible for the review and development of manufacturing processes, conducting quality checks, troubleshooting faulty parts, Jigs, and fixtures
• Assist with the planning and co-ordination of effective production and quality product(s)
• Review and maintain Calibrated and Specialist equipment registers, liaising with Business Management System Technical Administrators on effective management
• Collation and updating KPI data and Communications Boards
• Assist with reviewing and updating Training Matrices of Production, and Inspection Personnel
• Responsible for preparing Quality Control Inspection (QCI) criteria document for both projects.
• Responsible for preparing Inspection checklist for both Projects.
• Creating and maintaining the statistics based on SIPOC data.
• Liaise with Customers and Suppliers in Quality concerns
• Conducting periodic internal audits and handling continual improvement.
• Inspecting and testing products or services to ensure they meet the required specifications and standards.
• Checking for defects or non-conformities in seats, and identifying the root cause of any issues.
• Performing inspection at different stages of the seat production delivery process, and recording the results.
• Reviewing and interpreting technical specifications, drawings, and other documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparation of Project Quality plan for Bidding and Awarded projects
• Responsible for implementation of ISO 9001:2015 QMS procedures for the project sites
• Issuing/monitoring/dealing with non-conformances at project sites and during Audits
• Preparation of Inspection and Test Plans and implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) within the Organization.
• Project scope includes installation new steel poles overhead power lines for a total of 114 km. The power lines are with three phase four wire AWG ACSR/AW and OPGW 24 Fiber.
• Conducts Daily Site Surveillance at work place to check the construction progress and quality on a specific activity.
• Inform Construction Team to expedite any non-compliance of work.
• Assisting Construction Team on initiating the activities as based on the applicable Saudi ARAMCO standards.
Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being delivered.
• Initiate RFIs once a certain activity related to Communication works is ready for inspection through QMIS System.
• Monitor operations to ensure that they meet Project standards and recommend any adjustments to the assembly or production process.
• OSP underground Installation of Fiber Optic Cable at existing power lines.
• Conducting On Reel (OTDR) Testing of FOC & OPGW Cable Drums.
• Inspecting the Installation of Splice Enclosures on Poles.
• Splicing and Termination of Fiber Optic Cables & Optical Ground Wire (OPGW).
• Reports quality problems or findings to Quality control manager and follows up to ensure that corrective action has/will take place & maintaining record of inspections.
• Testing and Commissioning.
• Preparation of Quality plans for Bidding as well as Awarded projects.
• Responsible to implement and maintain SAEP-1151 inspection requirements
Reviewing MTO including BOQ and finalizing NI and Inspect-able items
• Segregating Engineered and non-Engineered items for NMR and SPDP preparation
• Responsible to prepare TWLA and MFSR on weekly basis
• Review of Material requisitions (MR) to ensure proposed MR is in compliance with Schedule Q requirements. Such as 9COM & CCC, material specifications, standards, IR-form 175, IFC drawings, material datasheets, RVL, ISO requirements, ITP, NMR form and SPDP
• Review of Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) for RVL based three vendors and finalizing qualified vendor with regards to (Quality and Technical) acceptance Responsible for submitting Award Recommendation (AR) to SAIR for confirmation on selected vendor and obtain NOL to proceed for PO placement
• Review of Purchase order and Quotations to confirm list of Schedule Q requirements are included such as MR number and date of issue, Dummy PO number, Level of inspection and other quality deliverables
• Review of NMR documents based on project requirements before submitting to client for approval
Responsible to prepare inspection assignment package (IAP)
• Responsible for Coordinating and making arrangements for third party inspections
After receiving of IR and IRN from TPI reviewing and prepare (Inspection Disposition Report - IDR) for (Inspection Level 1 and above) and responsible for submitting IDR to SAVID for final acceptance
• Responsible to ensure delivered material is stored and handled properly in accordance to vendor recommendations and quality requirements.
