 Lead recruitment team to ensure effective and speedy processes for Overseas/Local/Outsourcing recruitment
 Planning Manpower requirement of the company
 Supervise various process of recruitment including Pre assessment/CV screening, cold calling, sort listing and conducting interviews through telephone & occasionally face to face
