•Working in Awqaf and Religious Affaires -Gaza Palestine as an Architect and proposal writing in the responsibility of (Design, preparing Time Program, preparing Feasibility Study, writing Project proposal in order to obtain the finance from Doners, preparing Contract Documents and follow the site construction process.
•Working as (Senior Projects Arch) in Buildings Design Section for/ Al Turath Engineering Consultants -Dudai -UAE in the responsibility of the followings:
•Handling many Prestigious Private and Governmental Projects, have a good experience in local Authorities requirements.
•Join meeting, preparing the minutes of meeting and discuss with the clients, client representative, contractors and preparing all correspondence for all authorities in order to obtain succeed of the project targets.
•Coordinate with the Q.S to prepare the tender documents.
•Preparing the feasibility study, estimation for many deferent type of projects.
•Excellent management & administrations abilities .
•Preparing the design program on MS-Project program, to meet the time frame plan for the projects.
•Full knowledge about design of deferent type of building and good organization and coordination with the MEB engineers along with all requirements for all stages of the design in order to obtain the building permit in short time, follow the site work and revisions.
