Scope of Work:
- Provides oversight of program management activities.
- Establishes short and long term goals to achieve project completion.
- Plan, direct, coordinate, or budget, usually through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
- Ensures that quality assurance procedures are strictly implemented in the project.
- Takes a lead role in monitoring the development of the projects.
- Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation.
- Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Requisition supplies and materials to complete construction projects.
- Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.
- - Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems
- Typically schedule and coordinate all design and construction processes, including the selection, hiring, and oversight of subcontractors
