Organization structure and approval matrix was redesigned to suit the existing Baker Hughes SAP.
- Dealt with harmonization of ‘Rotator’ job description and assisted in designing compensation packages to suit the Baker Hughes existing system.
- Assisted as Talent Acquisition assessor to hire qualified fresh graduates as Field Engineers to meet the budgeted requirement for 2011.

Managed operations for customer loyalty program in Pakistan and participated in implementation of reservation systems CRIS, Mars & GDS. Launched official Emirates Airline website in Pakistan and introduced e-ticketing.
Lead a team of bankers to support 24hr banking service in Pakistan for the first time managing phone banking transactions including payments via IVR and ATM. I was introduced to SLA formation and IVR self testing.
