• Updating sales teams on daily basis regarding stock availability on SAP and other sales info.
• Review with each individual order status Continuous communication with key customers like foreign processors, wholesalers to develop a strong relationship with them.
• Taking orders from sales managers, sales officers, and customers
• Check stock availability on SAP and order-compliance to production plan / product portfolio.
• Coordination with planning team for possibilities of some order changes.
• Generate “Delivery Order” On SAP SYSTM
• Responsible for following Exporting activities and supervising Customer service section and production planning
• Coordinate with Freight Forwarders and steamship lines for export shipments more than 500 Containers per month worldwide (Africa, Europe, Middle East & Latin America).
• Specific duties include, setting up bookings, arranging for pick-up on inland transportation, and following up to ensure shipment has reached its final destination. Convert and verify shipment weight and volume. Calculate rates and price conversions.
• Maintain communications with customers, carriers, Freight forwarding companies.
• Review L/C conditions & terms & request the needed amendments
Handling Import Shipments with worldwide offices and agents as (Ex. Work, FOB, FAS, CIF, CFR, DDU, DDP), (FCL & LCL & Consol Box Shipments & RORO Services) in order to deliver to Customer just on time, with the most competitive rates.
Handling The Import & Export Shipments From Door To Door.
