Develop CIS infrastructure to exchange data between OT/ICS and IT and to provide connectivity for updating CIS aspects of OT from OEM websites.
Manage Cyber Information and Security (update, upgrade, backup, patches and modification) Industrial Control Systems (ICS or OT), Availability and Integrity that cover 20 km diameter area of Layer-1 up to Layer-5 systems (Based on ISA 99) such as Direct Controller, Flow Computer, SLC, PLC, DCS, SCADA from standalone and networking or IP based installations, HMI, Historian, OPC, PDC, EMS, PMS, MMS and etc. The Industrial Control Systems based on DeltaV DCS with 10500 DST, 43 pair redundancy controllers, 36 Dual Monitor Workstations, 175 Serial Interfaces (Simplex & Duplex) to 3rd parties system and 892 IO Cards (Simplex and Duplex), ABB AC800 PLC, AB CLX5000, ABB DM6200, etc.
To develop and enhance production existing control systems such as DCS, PLC, Down Hole Gauge (DPG), Machinery Management System (MMS), Compressor Control (Surge Control), Roll Royce FT210, etc from standalone to internet/intranet (web) based systems. The web based system monitor all parameters of production facilities in various offshore platforms in Natuna Sea Indonesia, 500km direct gas distribution subsea system and sales metering systems in Malaysia and Singapore. The web based system provide/feed required data into Gas Accounting System (one of SAP module) in Jakarta Central Control Room.
To prepare basic engineering, engineering for construction, material and price estimating of existing modification facilities project.
To perform technical evaluation on vendor documents, quotation, and proposal of modification facilities project.
To supervise fabrication, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning andstart-up activities
To maintenance of process control system of oil production facilities.
To coordinate the completion of the assigned tasks and projects related to the company activities and operation.
Engineering consultant of electronic engineering documentation of process control aspect of offshore oil and gas facilities.
