My responsibility is to ensure smoothen Business with the help of IT after review of Business requirement, help the management in procurement process within the budget feasible, installation and post installation process including setting up procedures, Review tasks of the support team, Evaluate member’s efficiency. My responsibility is to set up procedures, Schedule tasks for support team, Evaluate member’s efficiency, give training to adapt new methodologies. The job also includes proposal for new technologies, liaising, systems installation / Implementation, configure, carry out maintenance, upgrade, Manage, support end users, system administration, system backups and documentations of group’s windows NT, 2000 & 2003 server’s, Firewall’s, Mdaemon and Exchange Mail server’s, Cisco managed switches Routers, Microsoft SQL2000 Database server’s, network printers, WiFi secured network access point, networking, structured cabling, POS machines which include IBM POS Machines.
