•As Senior Business Analyst was responsible for supporting 1200 users of MM-External Services and Authorization Profiles. Responsible for 3rd level support for SD and MM areas.

•Research In Motion (RIM) was a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of innovative wireless solutions for the worldwide mobile communications market.
•As Senior Functional Analyst provided Third Level production support to global SD/MM community of 300+.
•Active participation in launch of solution in new markets and implementing new functionalities to meet ever changing business requirements. Active participation in Support Pack upgrades.
•Environment: SAP Enterprise on HP Unix and Oracle.
Project: SAP FI/CO & MM Implementation (Full Life Cycle).
•Cybernet is a Lakson Group company, one of the largest business groups in Pakistan.
•Project Manager and MM lead to implement FI/CO and MM and integrate with Portal’s Infranet Billing.
•As a Project Manager managed a team of 17 professionals and a budget of US$1.8M. Project went live on time and budget. Governance was provided by CEO, CFO and CIO.

Project: SAP Upgrade, Modification and Support.
•Capital Tool & Design (CTD) is a $400 million multinational automotive company manufacturing automotive brake parts. It is a market leader in North America and Europe.
•As SAP Director primary responsibility was to revive a failed SAP (4.6C) implementation. Successfully managed the “Re-Implementation” of SAP in 5 months. Managed implementation of Mobile Data Collection Project employing Psion Teklogix’s TekRF RF Solution. Budget of USD250K and Team size 7. Designed, developed and managed Disaster Recovery plan and procedure for SAP.
•Environment: SAP R/3 4.6C on WIN2000 Server and MSSQL.
Project: SAP Support Package Upgrade, Support and Warehouse Solution Rollout
•Apotex is the largest Canadian Pharmaceutical Company.
•As a Principal consultant provided 3rd. level support to around 400 users in SD, MM and WM. Was responsible for writing functional specs for special enhancements/modifications and for coordinating developments with ABAPers.
•As Project Manager managed Support package upgrade. Also managed expansion of warehouse and rollout of solution to one new warehouse. This involved SAP Console and integrating with Intermec RF devices.
•Environment: SAP R/3 4.6C on WIN2000 and MSSQL (Cluster Server)

•Simpler Networks designs & markets products for the telecommunications industry.
•Was the Team Lead for SD/MM.

Project: Siebel and SAP R/3 3.1H Implementation (Full Life Cycle and Roll Out).
•Worked as SAP SD Team Lead.
•A Global Template Rollout project involving Nepal, Sri Lanka and Pakistan.
•Environment: SAP R/3 3.0F and 3.1H on WIN NT and ORACLE.
Played key role in Product availability, Packaging, Pricing and Product launch decisions.
•Developed and successfully managed effective distribution network throughout the region.
•Achieved and exceeded sales target two years in a row. Managed sales of USD3.0M.
•Supervised a team of 9 Marketing Officers and reported to Distribution Manager.
Worked in Engineering Maintenance department to overhaul Pneumatic and Hydraulic components of Boeing 737/747 and Airbus 300/310.

•Motovan is the largest independent distributor of Motorbike accessories in Canada.
•Was the Project Manager and Functional Consultant for implementing SAP CRM (2.0C) (Internet Sales). Both B2B and B2C business processes were implemented. Also responsible for User training.
