JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for supporting candidate identification and recruitment of staff while ensuring effective implementation of sound recruitment practices, policies, activities and administration in order to meet manpower requirements
Short-Listing Candidates:-
• To meet with department heads to attain full understanding of candidate requirements before starting the recruitment process.
• Discuss the job briefs for positions based on discussion with Line Managers.
• Distributes job brief to agencies for short listing process or shortlists candidates from recruitment portals.
• Conducts preliminary face-to-face / telephone interviews.
• Schedules short-listed candidates for second interviews with Line Managers.
Offering Candidates:-
• Conducts reference checks for all final short-listed candidates.
• Prepares paperwork and employment contracts for sign-off by final short listed candidates.
• Hands over ready contracts to Employee Relations Team.
Administration:-
• Prepares, files and records all business terms and conditions signed with Recruitment Portals, Agencies and Headhunters.
• Updates the recruitment tracking reports constantly and regularly.
• Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy;
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client;
• Requesting documents and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client;
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;
• Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants;
• Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client;
• Informing candidates about the results of their interviews;
• Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed
• Using candidate databases, and job search portals to match the right person to the client's vacancy
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
• Requesting candidate documents and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
• Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable appli-cants
• Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client
• Informing candidates about the results of their interviews
• Reporting to the client and the line manager on a weekly basis
• Responsible for updating and maintaining the trackers
• Negotiated pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates
• Offered advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career pro-gression
• Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed
• Responsible for handling Self Correspondence.
• Front office management.
• Attending phone calls and answering customer queries.
• Responsible for maintaining office records by keeping an up-to-date filing system.
• Independent screening, analyzing and prioritizing incoming and outgoing calls/faxes/e-mails etc.
• Responsible for purchasing stationeries and maintenance of office equipments.
• Retrieving, reviewing and distribution of mails to all staff and other departments.
• General office duties including photocopying, scanning and data entry.
• Diary management, travel arrangements and hotel bookings.
• Other administrative duties as and when assigned.
• Responsible for handling Self Correspondence.
