*Develop, design and oversee implementation of strategic expansion plans in non-direct served regions.
*Develop, design and oversee implementation of programmes to introduce new products or system changes to those regions.
*Provide support to sales and marketing in order to increase revenues and to achieve targets as outlined in the business plan.
*Develop, design and oversee implementation of a strategy for regional trade mark coverage and to ensure its integrity.
*Develop, design and oversee implementation of strategic plans to reduce transit times to/from non-direct served regions to/from all parts of the world equal to or better than the competition, yet within budgeted guidelines.
*Work with regional GSP agents to develop, design and oversee implementation of new service offerings such as regional distribution systems, ensuring standards of service measurement and maximising financial gain to the company.
• Supports the ongoing achievement of contractual service levels for multiple FedEx franchised companies, in several countries or a region, by using appropriate methods & tools to correctly analyze & monitor key performance indicators.
• Anticipates & co-ordinates required operational actions & achieves the resolution of diverse types of issues by working with GSPs, FedEx Operations, Sales & Customers to develop & implement agreed solutions that meet the differing contractual & operational requirements.
• Develops & maintains effective working relationships with relevant levels of management within the GSP & FedEx businesses in order to gain commitment to the resolution of problems and implementation of change.
• Participates in project teams with responsibility for new country opening by taking responsibility for defined aspects of the project
• Develops and delivers ad-hoc training to front-line operational staff & Management within the GSPs’ & FedEx businesses. Includes developing training materials & job-aids that accurately & clearly capture the key focus points/actions
• Canvassing new Car loan customers in the Car Dealers show rooms
• Advice the customer and do the follow up with the credit department for loan approval
• Canvassing new customers
• Advise the customers as for the company’s Insurance products and investment plans
• Coordination between the customers and the company for investment files and claims follow up.
Prospect new markets, study, elaborate and follow up on the execution of the campaigns of communications of the customers.
