I work in Orthopedic ward, taking care for a a patient who had problem in their bones, like fractures, burgers disease, cancer of the bone, etc., I usually assist in their Activities of daily living. I do performed s-pin care, wound care, wound dressing, medicate, charting, admit and discharge patient, health teaching, pre-op and post-op care.
