Managing Marketing and Sales activities
- Supervise Marketing and Exhibition departments for 18 Companies in the Organization.
- Manage and co-ordinate all external suppliers including Print, Mailing House, Design and Research
- Manage and co-coordinate internal departments such as Marketing Research, Branding, Export,
Customer Service & Call Center, Civilian Contracts and Military Contracts.
- Identify appropriate media partners and associations and negotiate deals with them.
- Monitor and Supervise 21 Stores in Cairo, Alexandria, Tanta, Benha, Damanhour, Damietta and 10th of Ramadan.
- Prepare weekly Reports for the Vice Minister.
- Attending monthly Strategic meetings with the Minister, the Vice Minister and CEO of 18 Companies in the Organization.
