i joined the company as a customer relations executive. my targets were to have a sales of OMR 10, 000 Monthly as well as handling the retail clients complaints, suggestions and assisting them, telemarketing, documentation and system updates, keeping track of every individual client. on August 2013 i was promoted as the customer relations team leader- where i supervised 3 customer relation executives and trained 2 successfully.
Trained for a period of 6 months in the field of construction as a communication executive
Worked at Al Waseem as a Sales coordinator where product inquiries to sales meeting point was handled by me.

i have done Bachelors in Business Administration diploma in APIIT (Asia Pacific Institute of Information & Technology) Sri Lanka then i acquired my BBA Honors in Markeitng from Majan college University College in oman
