Working as Maintenance Engineer in EPF-120, KOC project, North Kuwait under a contracting company named PROCESS UNLIMITED (ProU) which is sponsored by AL RASHED Groups from 9.03.2011 till date.
Responsibilities involved were
 Create a structure for bidding of Vessel cleaning activity.
 Create a structure for bidding of thermal insulation works for pipeline.
 Planning and Scheduling of Shut-Down activities.
 Planning of Plant Start up activities.
 Scheduling and Co-coordinating of Subcontractor and Vendor Support.
 Assist in generating P&I diagrams for instrument air line.
 Assign works to the Sub-contractors and monitor & guide them to complete the work within the time line.
 Reverse Osmosis unit commissioning
 CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) E-maintenance software. X3 versions 10. User responsible for planning and scheduling of equipments for Preventive Maintenance for the entire month.

Mechanical Engineer - Maintenance at MINISTRY OF PUBLIC WORKS

Worked as Maintenance Engineer in MINISTRY OF PUBLIC WORKS, Kaifan, under a subcontracting company named, TRI ALPHA from 4.06.2010 to 01.03.2011.
Responsibilities involved were
 To prepare the schedule for daily maintenance of machines and assign the work to the right team.
 Observe the maintenance procedures of the team and guide them in accordance to the standard procedures recommended by the ministry.
 Inspect and ensure the jobs assigned are successfully completed and documented correctly.
 To check the performance of the team and rearrange/dissolve the team for higher efficiency.
 Ensure that the works are done in accordance with the quality and safety procedures.
 Cross check if the target for the month is achieved or not, and do the necessity.
 Coordinate with the repair team and provide help to avoid pending.
 Ensure that the entire team gets the proper training and knowledge of how and why the machines operate.

Design of Floating Roof Type Storage Tank for Superior Kerosene, this project was done in Kochi Refineries Limited, a central government firm. Gained an exposure to API 650 standards. The concern was shell designing and course erecting. The design capacity was 12000KL with an internal diameter of 36m. The design was done in a period of 3 weeks, from 06.02.2006 to 24.02.2006.

Pro/Engineering wildfire3 ANSYS 9, 10 CAM programming  Design of Feed Check Valve, a mini project done in CADD Centre, the software used is Pro/ENGINEERING WILD FIRE 3. The function of the feed check valve is to regulate the supply of water to the boiler and to maintain the water level as far as possible constant. It consists of two different valves, a non return valve and a screw down valve, operating simultaneously. The 2D / CAD diagram can be brought out with this software. This was done in period of 3 days.  Analysis of a cylinder head, another mini project done in CADD Centre, the software used is ANSYS 10. A successful structural and thermal analysis was carried out. This was done in period of 2 days.
