A motivated pharmacist with a real passion for healthcare and the ability
to develop and grow a pharmacy business. Experienced in maintaining
administrative records such as pharmacy files, patient profiles and in providing excellent customer care by accurately dispensing prescribed
medications by calculating, weighing and measuring.
I tend to establish positive relationships with customers, medical
professionals, pharmaceutical representatives, healthcare organizations and
insurance providers.
 FROM JUNE 2014 TO PRESENT (2 years) As a pharmacist 1 in
AL MANARA PHARMACY GROUP.
 Upheld service standards for counseling and dispensing medicines.
 Ensures safe, appropriate and cost-effective medication therapies
for patients according to established policies, procedures and
protocols.
 Provide accurate, adequate and timely drug information to the
patients.
 Advise members of the public on health-related issues such as
lifestyle and how to improve it.
 Advising patients of any adverse side-effects of medicines or
potential interactions with other medicines/treatments
 Ordering drugs from the medical store and keeping medication in
stock according to the consumption rate as well as, taking part in
inventories.
 Maintaining stock, storing and handling it properly.
 Instruct the patient on proper handling of medical devices such as
blood pressure monitor, glucose meter etc.
 Well informed about ICD codes.
 Deal with various insurance policies and procedures.
 Aware of scheduled drug management, well acquainted with HAAD
rules and regulations.
 Adheres to high standards of safety in carrying out duties within the
department.
 Maintain professional knowledge by attending lectures, seminars or
on-line education units.
