Currently employed with KIER International Group UAE as Project Engineer. A qualified Construction Professional who is striving to build on his learning in Construction domain gained while working with top International Contractors in the GCC region within the disciplines of high-rise structures, amusement parks, townships and infrastructure projects. Currently I am seeking to leverage and enhance my experience in a dynamic and fast paced workplace with challenging assignments. Expert in planning, organizing and controlling all activities for the project. Able to handle projects independently and as a team member. Excellent ability to assess problems and seek a timely resolution.
Responsibility:
• Coordinated overall design & implementation plans for civil construction project.
• Managed end to end project life cycle from initiation through closure overseeing and approving plan changes.
• Providing day to day oversight and direction to provide support to enable team to attain objectives.
• Review design drawings and prepare method statement and job safety risk assessment.
• Obtain work permits and coordinated permits with clients to ensure efficient compliance and communication.
• Identified and planned project requirements for manpower, material & resources.
• Investigated potentially serious situations and implemented preventive and corrective actions.
• Represented company in client meeting and participated in project strategy meetings.
• Ensure construction teams strictly adhered to latest AFC project drawings, specification and procedure.
• Monitoring actual progress with planned progress.
• Managing team entailing orientation, carrier development and grievance handling.
• Create safe job site and maintained project safety culture and awareness.
Worked as QA QC Engineer on Doha Metro Rail Project.
Involve in all Quality control related work for the construction of 5 No's Metro stations and 2 Switch boxes.

◦ Provide value engineering in determining the best solution to engineering problems.
◦ To review the preliminary design and coordination with Designer.
◦ Controlling the entire Quantity Surveying job including the billing.
◦ Identifying costing, processing and contract variations.
◦ Producing accurate financial report and detailed progress report.
◦ Monitoring actual expenditure against project budget with Planning Engineer.
◦ Administered various operations entailing drawing, quality control, site management, etc.
◦ Reporting to the Area Project Engineer / Project Manager.

• Check the daily allocation sheets that are completed by the foremen.
• Identify and report to the Country Head/Project Manager any possible problems or conflicts on site.
• Ensure that all required Method Statements and Risk Assessments are in place for all works and are being followed.
