ERP Work Experience on Microsoft Dynamics AX Solution
 General Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform pre-sales and post-sales Technical/functional solution preparation/proposal, demonstrations and support as needed
- Participate in Internal, External Microsoft meetings as a subject of matter expert
- Assist in the preparation of technical/Functional service write up, estimates and project plans… etc.
- Perform mentoring and/or team coaching and knowledge sharing
 Functional Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform business requirements diagnosis and gathering
- Perform business requirements analysis, design and Fit/Gap to identify the fit/recommend solution setup, workaround or
customizations/enhancements that meet client requirements
- Communicate with technical services team to ensure the fulfillment of configurations, customizations and development.
- Implementation finalization, end-users training and go live support and tuning throughout Ax implementation
 Technical Roles and Responsibilities
- Providing clients with technical support, consultation, implementation and professional-User training.
- Design and development of new functionality/features or modifications to the existing AX functionality/feature
- Develop and customize reports using Microsoft Dynamics AX Report Designer and SSRS tool
- Develop and Integrate AX with any third party or industry solution
