• A thorough professional with more than 6 years of experience in Project management profession, Quantity Surveyor, Cost Control, Risk Management, etc. In Oil & Gas Projects, Sub-Station, Commercial Building, Infrastructure Projects, Harbour Project.
• Experience includes Cost controlling, Cost planning, Cost advising, Project procurements, Performing Internal and External Payment applications / Valuation, post contract administration, estimating for tender and budget, preparing project planning, preparing and assessing claims and variations.
• Accomplishment of Final Accounts for Subcontractors & Clients.
• Experience in Civil and Mechanical Works (Piping, Construction of Tank, Furnace, ect.)
• Monthly Cost Report, weekly Production Vs Cost report, Cost Loaded Programme.
• Pricing for variation works and Producing claim, monthly interim payment application
• Planning & Scheduling of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-commissioning & Commissioning activities with respect to manpower, Equipment and Material.
• Confident to provide the field of expertise to lead, supervise, assist the project team for the project control activities.
• A skilled communicator with exceptional presentation skills in Project Control/ Management.
• Prepare scenarios to show the impact of delays on the completion of the Project and propose mitigation plan & cost impact.

 Report to Project In-Charge.
 Preparation of ‘Bill of Quantities’, prepare elements of budget cost estimates.
 Preparation of interim valuation and measurement of work in progress.
 Tender break down preparation
 Preparation of variation claims in conjunction with project-in-charge proposed changes / Alternations to contract scope.
 Tender documents preparations for submission.
 Administration of Sub Contractors/Suppliers Accounts from award to final account.
 Familiar with FIDIC & CESMM3
 Maintenance of project files & documents
 Attend the meetings with Consultant.

 Evaluate site progress and Prepare interim application for payment to the Client
 Pricing for Variation works, evaluate with client and get approvals / Change orders from the Client
 Familiar and Identify records such as Drawings, Site Instructions, RFI and manage schedule of variation works
 Preparing Cost Reports - monthly basis.
 Cost Control
 Producing budget or cost saving proposals for Variation works
 Prepare the Cost Loaded Programme
 Preparing internal valuation and material on site assessments for managerial purpose
 Valuing subcontractor payment applications and prepare payment certificates
 Advising to control cost for overheads, materials, labour, plant, preliminaries and other site expenses
 Produce information for extension of time / loss and expense for prolongation climes
 Produce Final Account for main jobs and subcontract work packages
 Coordinate and communicate with client or subcontractor for payment issues and resolve it
 Adhere to Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements as set out by the company and Qatari standards.
 Prepare Bill of Quantities (Mechanical and Civil works) according to drawings, specifications and/or Tender Documents
 Estimate the requirement of Plant & Machinery for the tendered job
 Identification of Extra Work
