To design and program cost control systems that can control everything in the projects and produce a very accurate period and cumulative reports about labor, equipments, material, subcontractors and Overheads with full details about each area or work locations and each item or activity of the project.
Reports for profit and losses are very clear.

Warning reports for over-budgeted items.
Design and generate special cost reports that can be exported directly to Primavera.
Prepare full details cost database for future project cost estimation.
Facilitate and provide information to Accounts Department for accurate cost distribution on the cost accounts.
Cost estimating, tendering preparation and analysis.
Monitoring all Construction phases for residential buildings, Villas and Industrial factories.
Structural design for all executed Projects.
Work with project teams to develop and manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables for each project phase and functional area.
Supervise and direct project design, scheduling, QA/QC construction activities and all contractors, suppliers and sub-contractors.
Responsible for all project duties including the civil, finishes and electromechanical Works.
Interpret plans, estimate costs and quantities of materials needed.
Plan construction methods and procedures.
Monitoring project stages through master time schedules, monthly and weekly updates.
Monitoring construction actual cost against budget and Updating expecting Profits.
Supervise construction sites and direct site managers and subcontractors to make sure standards of building performance, quality, cost schedules and safety are maintained.
Study building contract documents and negotiate with building owners and subcontractors.
Control preparation of cost estimates and the documentation for contract bids
Control payment to subcontractors by valuation of completed works.
Preparation of time extension and cost claims.
Make sure that building regulations, standards and by-laws are enforced in building operations
Consult with architects, engineers and other technical workers to make sure that design intentions are met.
Monitoring and Supervision all of skeleton work including concrete, mason and plaster works.
Preparation of workshop drawings.
Responsibilities include a wide range of duties involving initial job planning, scheduling of labor, scheduling of materials, coordination of contractors, monitoring of job progress, analysis of changes, and problem solving.
Applying quality and safety regulations.
Supervision of all site work different activities (earthwork, concrete, block work and finishes) duties including.
Preparation of workshop drawings for concrete sub. and superstructure works
Preparation of reinforcement steel bars as required per the bending lists.
Appointing different trades’ suppliers and subcontractors.
Preparation of civil and architectural finishes material submittals.
Review and certify monthly-applied quantities civil and finishes works required for application and payment certificates.
Supervision of different trades work gangs and subcontractors.
Applying quality and safety regulations.
Applying time schedule and reporting progress of work.
Germany Language Knowledge.
Vor-Diplom in Civil Engineering Karlsruhe University.
Haupthochschule Diplom Engineer in Civil Engineering.
Teaching of some Computer Applications including :
Basic Programming Language.
