Manage, Plane, and Supervise the construction's activities, and coordination's with Engineer and Subcontractors of Bridges in Abu Dhabi airport

Manage and supervise underpass and fly bridge at Lusial City

-Produce and study Construction Plans, Sequences, and methodology.
-Supervise and Produce Working Drawings.
-Prepare Method of Statements.
-Design the Temporaries Work and supporting system( Beams, Slab, Columns and Walls).
-Prepare Procurement schedule.
-Control the Materials movement.
-Supervise Piling and Foundation works.

• Manage, organize, schedule, and follow up the Finishing works at the site, (Surface treatment, Painting, and footpath).And distributes the workers (Direct and Subcontractors) based on the activities and priority. \n• Attend the suppliers and subcontractors meetings and discuss the schedules (delivery, commence and complete) date. \n• Prepare the work schedule for the subcontractors, and discuss the method statements. Executing and monitoring schedule (Galadarie and Fitwell, Plus and Emcon” coating system”) for the Gantries erection and bridge painting. \n• Leads the site Engineers and follow up their progress (Substructure, Superstructure and finishing) activities. \n \n• Cost assessment and finalize the quantities of the finishing works. \n• Supervise, Discuses, and follow up the maintenance activities for the Bridges including the submittals (work notification, method statement, and Request for inspection).

• Inspecting the structural activities as per drawings and specification.
• Arranging and managing with the QC's department the quality and quantity of the works.
• Witnessing the field tests (slump. Compressive strength, pull out, coring, curtain walls pressure test… etc).
• Reviewing the as built drawings and confirming the details.
• Checking the surveying works.
• Following the repair works stages, and confirming the used materials.
• Coordinating with JAFZA engineers to inspect each slab (Post tension slabs).
• Raising CAR’s, and discussing with the contractor’s engineers the following methods to close them.
• Write a monthly report (interior) regarding the activities.
• Arrange with the contractor the pouring process (pump location and the interval time for the concrete vehicles).
• Study and discuss the method statements, materials description and the technical issues with the main contractor and subcontractor
