• Mainly focusing the developments for Substation, power transmission & distribution, Consumer metering, high tension/ low tension cable laying and termination, Installation & commissioning of Main Panels, Distribution Panels and Power Factor Correction- CAPACITOR Panels, Intrusion Alarm System, Installation and Maintenance of Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV Cameras & CCTV Systems, Telephone and Paging Systems. Industrial electromechanical works/process automation, building automation, Access Control System, HVAC and Fire & safety.

• Arranged and attended various meeting for International JV/MOU with various Global Companies for mega projects of Civil & Commercial Construction, Industrial, Civil & Commercial Electromechanical works, material supply, real estate works & Iconic land developments, IT software and Energy projects based on BOT, BOO, IPP and PPPP types of Projects.

Dealing with following companies to improve strategies in business relations, business coordination with various material supply companies/ Civil & Commercial Construction companies / Infrastructure Developers (EPC & MEP) from across the globe.

• Liaison with different events and exhibitions in line develop business. RFQs to various bidders, Arranged and Managed Sealed Bids, Bids Analysis and comparison study, Contract Award, Prepared Contracts to various Project winning bidders. Review umbrella bid waiver and add more companies to the list. Exposure to procurement processes and contract management. Managed Open bids and Sealed Bids follow up list. The proposed city will provide an environment for key industries, technology exchanges, commerce and trade, employment opportunities, education and training, housing and a broad spectrum of socio-economic activities. Many diversified activities are carred out at beginning as per the requirement.
