MOC - Cultural Projects
Provide technical support for ministry of culture for all architectural work related to the proposed and ongoing projects (auditoriums, theaters, music centers, academies, historical building renovation and ministry offices all around the kingdom.
KAFD PROJECT
Review all Architectural submittals and approvals against contract requirements and Insure that finishing activities as per technical approvals and Coordinated with all project disciplines.
Propose finishing materials, alternatives, and follow with site team for the proper installation.
Follow required work Activities to ensure that Shop Drawings and related approvals are ready.
Managing the technical team on site to finalize Coordination of all project disciplines, Managing Materials/Drawings Approval, solving all Contract Issues and project follow up.
Assist the PM/CM in daily/weekly/monthly reports of ongoing activities, insure Final Acceptance of work and close out required approvals.
Managing execution of finishing according to the
project specifications to meet Consultant/Client
Requirements and Coordinate all project disciplines.
Plan required work activities to ensure that Shop
Drawings, tools and materials are available.
Site architect responsible for quality of all Architectural
work/materials been executed/supplied on site are
meeting contract requirements and applicable and
report on deviations/nonconformity to QA/QC
department.
Advise for shop drawings and participate on all
Architectural submittals and approvals on site.
QS - Core Team reviewing/finalizing VO, CO and PA
submitted by the contractor according to the approved
tender documents.
Assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Contract
Manager in preparing Contractual studies & Cost
Estimates for the client requirements and undertake
feasibility studies.

Leading/controlling a team of Supervisors, Technicians
and Labors executing high quality types of fit outs
(gypsum board ceiling/partitions, GRC cladding/wall
covering, curtain walls, structural glazing, marble
flooring/cladding and joinery work).
Advising Technical team for shop drawings and
coordinating with MEP Engineers to assure
compliance of work activities with project plan, quality
and safety requirements.
