Working as a section head for all HVAC & Civil maintenance contracts alongwith Projects handling around 60+ major and minor contracts including Oil & Gas Sector. responsible for the smooth functioning of the section and aim at increasing the profitability in the contracts. Exploring and grabbing the new opportunities from existing clients and new clients through extensive relationship building.
Project Manager - From Oct 2012 till date. USD 35 million HVAC installation project for Qatar Steel EF-05 project.
Responsible for complete management of project, initiation, Project management system set-up, planning, monitoring and control, closing.
Site Manager for HVAC maintenance contract at Qatar Shell Gas to Liquid plant at Las Raffan Industrial city from Apr 2011 till Sept 2012. Responsible for complete functioning of site, contract management, planning of preventive and corrective maintenance program, SAP implementation, inventory management, cost management, variation, claim settlements etc.
Contract management for maintenance and shutdown projects for RasGas Company Ltd., Tender preparation for Shutdown and maintenance contracts, risk assessments etc.
Contractual management of all oil storage terminals ( Land and coastal), refinery dispatch terminal, infrastructure development, statutory clearance, budgeting, business plans, invoice certifications, variation claims, payment recovery from customers, HSSE and QA/QC, audits etc.
Operation incharge for management of oil storage terminal of IOCL inside Tata Power Plant handling receipt and dispatch of LSHS oil deliveries to Tata Power through rail wagons.
