•Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market.

•Controlling both Direct and in-direct Sales Approaches.
•Discounts and schemes issues Management.
•Develop and maintain an efficient and effective Distributor & dealer network through regular contacts and effective communication in order to maximize Sales and achieve planned Market shares.
