• Handle employee complaints and queries
• Draft different kind of letters such as (appointment letter, employment letter, transfer letter, termination letter)
• Prepare and maintain records of employees.
• Prepare monthly Headcount MIS, monthly attendance MIS.
• Prepare monthly MIS for payroll execution.
• Responsible to look after administration.
• Looking after the Recruitment Plan.
• Analyze resumes for the vacancy.
• Taking interviews for various positions.
• Schedule training sessions for employees.
• Bringing up new HR Policies.

• Responsible to maintain proof of delivery, credit notes, copy

• Maintain weekly log plants returns and for ensuring that accurate
returns were received from each sites.
• Responsible for issuing a weekly computer printout of plant on
site to each site and reconciling this report to information
reported from site.
• Responsible of Book keeping.
• Responsible of Petty Cash.
• Maintain Spreadsheets.
• Responsible of Cash flow chart.
• Maintain General ledger.
