•Installation and support for SMATV, CCTV, Gate Barrier, Access Control, Public Address and Intercom Systems
•Installing Satellite dish and retrieve satellite signal from NILESAT, ARABSAT, HOTBIRD
•Data cable termination for Internet and telephone.
•Configuring Satellite TV receiver, DVR for CCTV system, Intercom Panels and Handsets, Gate Barrier, Amplifier for Sound Systems and Access Control locks.
•Technical Services such as, fault finding and troubleshooting for existing SMATV, CCTV, Intercom, Gate Barrier, Access Control and Sound Systems services which are encountering problems.

•Carrying out quality investigation on what are the causes of defects by facilitating brainstorming activities with other department engineers and use QC tools and techniques in solving problems pertinent to quality. Gather and analyze data regarding what are the causes of rejection and monitoring quality performances of production departments
•Manage Checking of Electrical Outfitting operation test; checking wiring as per plan.
•Manage checking of welding quality (welding inspector); checking of fitting accuracy; checking of correct welding procedure; checking of correct welding leg length as per plan; checking of correct structural members as per plan; carry out vacuum testing on water tight tanks; carry out hydro test on pipes and tanks and ship structural testing; attend ship sea trial.
•Carrying out quality evaluations and checking on items being applied for inspection. Manage in judging whether the applied items has passed quality standards or not. Carry-out safety inspection before carrying out inspections.
•Document Control works such as in preparing Maker’s Certificate and Class NK Certificates and other pertinent files prior to the delivery of the vessel; prepare Tightness Test Plan as approved by Class NK; prepare Welding Procedure Specification as approved by Class NK; prepare List of Inspection and Testing as approved by Class NK; check/review and compile Non-Conformity Reports together with standard repair procedures as approved by Class NK
