• Making ToRs for hiring IT, GIS, Urban Planning consultants
• Supervising and liaison with consultants hired for Municipal Committee Khar, Bajaur Agency in Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) to ensure service delivery and other deliverable.
• Administration of File Tracking Software, Time Attendance Software, and Online MIS integrated with Google earth.
• Monitoring employee’s attendance records for further remunerations like pensions and leaves etc.
• Customization of MIS reporting module
• Deployment of Active Directory, users and Group Policies
• VPN server and client connection for both web applications i.e. File Tracking and ATS ( online GIS base database)
• Developing/updating of website for the department
• Procurement of IT related goods/items
• Submitting reports of developmental programs i.e. RWP to P&D Department and concerned govt. ministries.
• Liaison with Federal Government Departments/ Ministries and Donors

Updation / Maintenance of Domain and DNS records
Correspondence with concerned department and authorities for website registration and renewals.
Making policies and proposal for IT section.
Arrangement of softwares required in development and programming Procurement of IT goods and services
Making presentations and reports for development activities Preparation of PC-Is,
Working papers and minutes of the meeting
Providing support to donor’s project i.e. Damage and Need Assessment (DNA) and MICS Provide further assistance to Chief Economist FATA

Deploying and Maintaining Domain Controller, File Server and Terminal Server, Printer Sharing
Regularly updating official website
Updating Database records in Ms Excel for all developmental activities in Agencies i.e. Mohmand and Bajaur Agency in Federally Administered Tribal Areas of Pakistan
Installation and Troubleshooting of hardware
Operating System maintenance and security patches updation
Monitor and Fixing DSL related issues.
Procurement of IT goods and services if and when required
Any task assign by Project Director

Assisting in development of new softwares, MIS development in visual basic and further updation Operating system installation i.e. Linux, Win 2000 professional and Win 2000 Server, Web and Database Server i.e. LAMP ( Linux, Apache, My Sql, Php).

Main Responsibilities
Maintaining Local Network, VPN issues, Dsl issues, Database maintenance using Sql Server 2000 i.e. Backups, Exe's updation, database manipulation using Query Analyzer.

Taking weekly database backups

Installing and flashing softwares and Operating system in customer cell phones

Maintaining and managing and design network related LAN .

Installation of Proxy/Squid Server

Installing different Operating systems i.e. Linux, Mac, Windows, Windows Server

Providing support to clients in deploying network infrastructure and softwares including configurations.
