Implementing organization self-assessment process based on EFQM framework. Setting change agenda & action plan. Achieving breakthrough execution & doubling the organization final score in two years.

Adapting strategic plan based on McKinsey 7S framework and ensuring the alignment of the current operational plans to the strategy.

Establishing a Performance Management System with the required set of KPIs based on the refreshed 2010 EFQM model. Initiating and supervising satisfaction surveys for employees, suppliers, customers & society.

Managing the Integrated Management System project aiming to fulfill ISO standards requirements which are (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, OHSAS 18001).

Supporting organizational learning through arranging benchmark activities of best practices, realizing the learning process by introducing new systems such as the employees reward scheme.

Site Engineer for multi-billions projects such as Dubai Metro, worlds’ longest fully automated metro, and Dubai Toll Collection System project “Salik” with cutting edge technologies & systems which attempt to provide safe transport & reduce congestions in Dubai City.

Project Manager for roads monitoring system using 30+ CCTV cameras & covering more than 80% of arterial roads network. Working closely with local government entities to expedite the implementation process.

Setting procedures, operational manuals & supervising terms and conditions of SLA to obtain sufficient level of operation for Dubai Metro, Salik toll gates & Intelligent Traffic System. Generating periodic performance reports to aid decision making for the top management.

Working cross functionally with various departments to address & resolve customers complains and enhance customers experience by implementing improvement initiatives.

Plannning the annual budget and calculate the required manpower for the section.

Site Engineer for DEWA Communication Systems including Radio System, Water SCADA & TETRA for daily & emergency services. Conducting preventive & corrective maintenance for the equipment.

Providing knowledge sharing via awareness sessions & tool box talk to technicians & fresh employees.
