Major Responsibilities:
Management and Supervision of Operational and Maintenance of all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems (MEP) which is under Defects and Liability Period (DLP).

Tower 1 - Residential, 64 Stories
Tower 2 - Office + 5 Star deluxe Hotel (St. Regis), 51 Stories
Galleria - Mall, 3 Stories
Nation Riviera - Beach resorts
• Management and Supervision of Operational and Maintenance of the following MEP systems.
HVAC systems - AHU's, FAHU's, ERU's FCU's, CCU's, Heat exchangers, Ecology units, Fans etc.
Electrical Systems - All kinds of Electrical panels, Lighting systems, Generators, Central Battery System etc.
Plumbing Systems - Water booster pumps, Make up pumps, Chemical dosing pumps, Submersible pumps, Plumbing's and Pipe Fittings etc.
• Manage a team of PPM supervisor's, Team leaders, Technicians and coordinator's to carry out Reactive/Corrective/Preventive Maintenance of all the assets.
• Supervise and coordinate with all specialized subcontractor for Preventive/Reactive/Corrective maintenance for Firefighting, ELV and security systems etc.
• Ensure all MEP complaints are registered in the CAFM system (MAXIMO) and attended.
• Segregate the client complaints and close out the same priority wise.
• Advise and guide the coordinator on the preparation of MEP Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
• Ensure all PPM's are done on schedule and corrective actions are taken against review of PPM reports.
• Regular site walk to all Mechanical rooms to find the corrective maintenance and reduce it to the minimal.
• Head meetings and coordinate with the Client, Main contractor and the MEP contractor.
• Conduct meeting within the Team to discuss the daily issues and ensure smooth progress in work.
• Generate reports and find out ways to improve the maintenance activities.
• Preparation of Monthly Operational report.
• Reporting to the Sr. Operation’s Manager (MEP contractor) and Operation's Manager (Khidmah).
Major Responsibilities:
• Operations & Project Management and Business Development of the following Industrial Services:
1) Mechanical Inspections - Compressors, Boilers, Heavy Generators, Tanks, Welding inspection, Coating/Painting inspection, Non-Destructive test, World-Wide Source Inspection etc.
2) Electrical Inspections - All Kinds of Electrical Panels
3) Lifting Equipment Inspections - All kinds of Cranes, Forklifts, Earthmoving Equipments, Elevators, BMU's, Lifting accessories etc.
4) Training & certification - Scaffolding, Heavy Equipment Operators, HSE Trainings etc.
• Deal with the Projects of various sectors such as Oil & Gas, MEP, Infrastructure, Manufacturing etc.
• Determine the requirement of the Projects/Clients.
• Preparation of Technical proposal & Technical submittals with respect to Client requirements and Project Specification.
• Review of Inspection schedule and coordinate with Inspectors and Trainers.
• Co-ordinate the Inspection activities and ensure all Job is done as per schedule.
• Monitor inspection/training activities and recommend changes to improve the services.
• Resolve all site issues in order to deliver the services on time.
• Ensure that all works are executed in accordance to signed contract.
• Review of the inspection reports / certificates.
• Preparation of complete Technical Tender submittals of Qatar Petroleum, QAFCO etc.
• Preparation of Pre-qualification documents for approval and registration with Government and major private companies.
• Understand the Local government regulation and standards.
• Preparation of Consolidated Monthly reports.
• Take part in Project/ site / Tender meetings.
Building Maintenance Management:
• Manage a team of Technicians to carry out Reactive/Corrective/Preventive Maintenance of all the MEP systems as per the contract.
• Coordinate with all maintenance services providers for others system such as Chillers, Firefighting & Fire alarm system, Generators, Elevators/Escalators, ELV system etc.
• Ensure all complaints are attended on priority basis.
• Preparation of MEP Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
• Ensure all PPM's are done as per schedule and corrective actions are taken against review of PPM reports.
• Conduct meeting within the Team to discuss the daily issues.
• Ensure all spare parts/materials are available in stock.
