Retail Approval l Officer: Mai n Tasks and Responsibilities:
o Analyze the consumer loans files received from branches according to bank 's standards and
forms (client profile, financial status and credibility financial and risk ratios . . .etc).
o Submit recommendations\rejections with justified comments to Head of retail Approval fo r final approval/rejection(according to the retail approval authority tabl e appl ied in Byblos Bank Syria).
o Receive credit cards application from the branches, make necessary analysis and give recommendations/rejections according to the applied authority table.
o Study the rescheduling of all retails loans according to the pre-set limits.
o Coordinate with branches if loan documentation is incomplete or inaccurate.
o Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
o Handling VIP clients' requests and orders
o Monitoring the team’s performance
o Assisting the team by performing the tasks with them
o Accounts managing and payment orders and none-cash operations
o Promoting the provided services by communicating with
potentials clients
o Handling clients queries telephonically
