As the Head of L&OD, expected to pick up projects in change management and talent development areas. Provide strategic direction to the learning agenda and improve learning application on the ground.
Strategy: Create the learning and development strategy. Conduct organization needs assessments to determine long-term strategic learning solutions for building a sustainable core curriculum.
Development Centres, Leadership Pipeline - Experience in running 3 DC’s in the organization. Currently driving the leadership pipeline program.
Content Development: Design and deliver scalable and effective learning solutions. Serve as an instructional development consultant and collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop learning solutions for employees. Develop facilitator guides, job aids, web content and evaluation strategies.
Facilitation: Deliver quality training programs through various platforms.
Consulting: Propose innovative learning solutions to solve business needs. Analyze needs and design scalable solutions. Partner with HR and business leaders.
Program and Project Management: Design, develop, implement and manage targeted learning programs and initiatives. Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of third party vendors who deliver learning solutions. Continuously improve learning solutions. Tailor programs to meet local specifications.
Marketing: Design the overall L&D marketing plan and drive use of services through strategic marketing practices.
Operations: Create and execute ongoing process improvements in learning and logistical operations. Manage program logistics and support.
Evaluation: Identify learning and performance objectives. Assess overall impact and effectiveness of learning programs.
Assessments: Administer and interpret assessments. Design and deliver team effectiveness, development centres, leadership development and conflict resolution workshops leveraging appropriate assessments.
