* Assist the design, construction team and owner in attaining GPRS/LEED certification
* Administer, review and verify all documentation and submittals to the GBC-Egypt/USGBC
* Establish a regular communication channel with all project team membersrequired to participate. Provide action items/agreement notes
* Provide point tracking in all project phases.
* Provide the owner with updated scorecard at a minimum of every two months and/or every time the scorecard changes.
Projects
* Assist the Contracts group to develop the list of acceptable consultants during
the contract formation process.
* Prepare RFP documentation for issue to the approved consultants.
* Communicate instructions/directions to the Owner to review.
* Hold design coordination meetings as required and prepare meeting minutes and
inform Area Manager/Architect/Engineer when they are required.
* Monitor design consultants’ action items.
* Evaluate the deliverables and give formal comments.
* Assist in review of consultants’ invoices and provide information to the Contracts
Group to certify payments.
* Evaluate and recommend contract variation(s) for additional compensation to
consultants and Co-ordinate with Area Manager and the Contract
administrator(s)/Contracts Manager.
* Review and accept final documents for tender and for construction as requested
by the Area Manager, and Owner through
Head of the Variation Orders department.
Job responsibilities:
* Responsible for the variation orders requested by the clients, calculations for the
quotations of the variations, delivering the drawings to the site and pursuing the
construction process.
* Responsible to make the design and the calculations for the swimming pools
following the clients requirements delivering the drawings to the site and
pursuing the construction process.
