Implementation of site HSE policies including sub-contract as per the company HSE policy and Plan
Report to HSE Manager for any non-conformities, incident.
Preparation of safety training modules.
Monitor safety standards in projects and advise corrective measures.
Accident/ incident/ near miss investigation and reporting.
Coordinate and conduct safety training on site.
Coordinate /attend safety meetings.
Ensure a positive attitude with all personnel to ensure the safety standards are complied with continual improvements.
Ensure the proper use of lifting gear, Fire extinguisher placement and its colour coding etc.
Preparation of job safety analysis (JSA).
Conduct Tool Box Talk.
Conduct Safety Inspection.
Acquire the permit from Traffic Police for traffic management plan. Be the Detour Supervisor. Safety Health and Environment Controls and regulations in order to minimize risk of accidents and materials damage.

Secure the safety of workers and provide a safe work at site.
Ensure the safety of workers in excavation and insurance aspects of drilling using the roads safe and ensure the availability of oxygen enough ratio and the absence of toxic gases.
Ensure the availability of fire fighting tools and first aid at site.
