Handled the continental and barbeque sections.Ensuring the work is produced for smooth operation and standards. Responsible to train Junior Commis and new colleagues. Keeping HACCP records and fileing as per standard. Assist to team as needed.
Checks the daily menus, function sheets, par stocks and mise en place as per functions and all day dinning required. Perform as per assignment in day to day operation. Responsible for the buchary and vegetables items request as per banquet event.
