Document Controller @ the Housing Bank new Headquarter construction project - Shmiesani
Perform Document Control tasks beside office administrative issues.
Maintain registers/logs of all Project related documents.
Follow-up the renewal of project related insurances and bonds.
Preparation, submission and follow-up of Project documents to client and consultants/contractors.
Assist with screening out companies for tenders
Assist with Monthly Progress Reports.
Liaise with Financial Department for the preparation of Project invoices related Payment certificates and the submission to client for processing.
Maintain a record of Office legal documents, equipments, software, hardware, Personnel Documents.
Maintain a filing system for project documents +backup.
Assistance and follow-up with Tendering Process.
Provide assistance to the Client when requested.
