Duties and Responsibilities:
•Structural Engineer
Responsible for the completion of all quantities of the entire project.
•Preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ)
•Responsible for the company Certificate of Billings.
•Responsible for the Sub-Contractor Certificate of Billings.
•Preparation of QS Report and Monthly Cash Flow.
•Preparations scrutinizing certifying and processing of contractor running and final account bills.
•Preparing Shop Drawings (Plans, Structural and As built Drawings).
•Preparing plan for Detour for Traffic Management.
•Preparing Bar Bending/Cutting list schedules and RSB design.
•Estimating material, construction, and labor costs, and project timescales.
•Receiving all data from entire project for documentations.
•Evaluating tenders and providing recommendations.
•Keeping records of incidents and accidents.
Involved in projects from the concept and detail of the design (exterior and interior design) throughimplementation, testing and handover. Part of a team that ensures a building is fit for-purpose and adheres to the project budget and schedule.

•Estimating material, construction, and labor costs, and project timescales/schedules.
•Evaluating, organizing & prioritizing work within the overall project schedule.
•Preparing sketches, marking-up drawings, as built and writing specifications.
•Managing projects from conception, pre-production through to completion and hand over.
