• Responsible in supervising yard activities such as sales, deliveries, unloading of materials, maintenance and other duties as assigned by management.
• Supervision of laborers, vehicle operators, material movers and helpers.
• Administer all work yard operations and ensure compliance to safety policies to prevent accidents, fire and other accidents.
• Monitoring work of employees and initiative disciplinary actions as required.
• Maintain a positive attitude that promotes team work within the yard and a favorable image of the yard.
• Monitor inventory of yard and prepare report to submit to store manager.
• Maintaining clean and organize yard at all times.
1. Preparing of everyday reports and documents such as Raw Materials Inventory, Store Stocks Availability, Work Orders, Indirect Raw Material, Write Off and others.
2. Preparing of Purchased Orders (PO) and Local Purchased Orders (LPO) of materials needed.
3. Posting of daily received, used materials and transferring daily finished goods from production to their respective warehouses thru (EMIS) system.
4. Proper procedure of receiving and issuing of materials.
5. Proper Warehouse Management such as organize, lay outing and cleaning.
6. Conducting of Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual inventory of materials
1. Applying work safety procedure at all times.
2. Lead the people for everyday procedural routine at the warehouse.
3. Reconciliation of materials from other contractors.
4. Sending feedback to Planning and Engineering Department regarding the status of Material Required List (MRL).
5. Making reports to the Warehouse Manager in Weekly and Monthly manner.
6. Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconciles with purchased orders and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
7. Issuing of material as per requisition from the Department Supervisors or authorized personnel.
8. Arranging of materials bins should be allotted properly.
9. Do housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the surroundings.
10. Maintaining tools in good condition.
11. Keeping the tools by discipline.
1. Conduct Production Internal Planning and Forecasting.
2. Conduct Time and Motion Study (TMS) and lay outing for the new incoming Internal Orders.
3. Perform other duties as required by the superiors.
4. Assisting management in the development of policies procedures and guidelines.
5. Perform critical ongoing and monitoring surveillance function.
6. Monitoring business activity and conducting employees to identify the violation or potential violation of rules, regulations, policies and procedures and industry standard.
