SEWAGE TREATMENT INCHARGE/SCADA OPERATION
• Supervises Sewage treatment operation that focuses with the treatment of Sewage Treatment process, Fume Treatment / Gas Scrubber, Biological Tanks, Clarifiers, Sand Filtration, Sludge Dewatering, Drying Bed, Gas Holder and Flare, Boilers, Heat Exchanger, Fine Screen, Settlers and equipment’s normal process.
• Involves in the formulation of group’s targets, objectives and programs.
• Ensures safe workplace and good quality output of the plant.
• Detects, investigates, evaluates process related abnormalities to improve and upgrade treatment mechanism.
• Implement work procedures and communication flow.
• Involved also in the set-up and commissioning stage of sewage treatment plant with the Veolia commissioning team.
• Attend staff meeting and trainings as required.
• Maintain an awareness observation of Environment Safety and Health.
• Responsible for the issuance of Permit to Work on site.
• Responsible for the chemical consumption, coordinate for chemical delivery.
WATER TREATMENT AND PURE WATER PLANT OPERATION SUPERVISOR
• Supervises wastewater treatment operation that focuses with the treatment of Chemical, Biological and Pure Water treatment process, Reverse Osmosis, Filtration, Fume/Gas-Scrubber, De-Watering, Chemical Reaction System, Rotary Kiln Dryer Operation, De-Ionization pertaining to good quality output.
Involves in the formulation of group’s semi-annual targets, objectives and programs.
• Ensures safe workplace and that the wastewater treatment undergoes complete reaction and within specification.Investigates, evaluates process related abnormalities to improve and upgrade treatment mechanism.
• Generate Work Instructions and Procedures, Process Control Standards, Response Flow and Process Check sheets.
• Involved in the set-up and commissioning of a new wastewater treatment plant.
Received presidential scholarship in computer course.
